Refund policy

We want you to love your pillow! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags attached (if applicable).

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Since we offer free shipping on all orders, a 17% shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our original cost of shipping the item to you.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
